We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alex Ross Art apparel; therefore, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
